Godoy-Arbelaez most recently served as CFO and Treasurer for CatchMark Timber Trust (NYSE: CTT) a self-administered and self-managed, publicly-traded REIT. She brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, capital allocation, mergers & acquisitions, finance, treasury, investor engagement, risk management, and accounting to the Sol-REIT team.
